The excitement of day 2.

Day 2 started out very rocky. We headed down for breakfast and thought it would be served buffet style like a normal hotel. When we found a seat we went up to try and get food to realise there wasn’t really any available. The cereal dispenser was empty, no fruit available or pastries, the orange juice came out of the dispenser as dirty water! Another guest let me know that you have to order a cooked breakfast, so that’s what we did to then wait for 15 minutes to be presented with watery scrambled egg, stone cold sausage and bacon. Horrific wouldnt even cover it, we were dreading the week to come so I contacted our holiday representative that sorted it straight away with the hotel who offered us our breakfast money back for the week that we graciously accepted as we did not want to eat another bite of their food.

Day 2 did not start the greatest for us but it definitely got better as we headed towards the beautiful capital city of Valletta.
